Pictured here is the kitchen in this King City custom home we did. Prior to the renovation, this home was in rough shape. We did a 2000 square foot addition on the home, and almost demolished the entire existing foundation.
The home was built with full block walls/foundation. After taking down the roof and all walls, the fun began. We used ICF to do the foundation on the addition sections. From there we began framing and completely upgraded the home in every aspect. Behind the walls is all new mechanical, spray foam insulation, 5/8’’ drywall throughout and a new torched flat roof done with soprema product. Its not just the finishes, but what’s behind the walls. If all the “hidden” work is subpar, you’ll be ripping out those beautiful finishes to fix and repair said items.
The kitchen cabinets were done in a high gloss finish with a bamboo island and pantry as seen in the photo. The entire home was to be “modern” and we think the clients achieved exactly what they were looking for. Hickory hardwood floors in one half of the home and oak hardwood in the other half. Tiled areas were all done with “concrete look” tiles to keep that modern look. Counter tops were done in ceasarstone and stilestone.
